All orders are shipped via FedEx and should arrive 2–3 days from the date of shipment. We do everything we can to keep your chocolates cool during shipping, but once they leave our hands, it's important to please track your package as soon as possible. Please try to bring your package inside as soon as possible, espically in warm weather. We're not responsible for melted chocolates if packages are left outside after delivery. Thank you for your help and understanding.

Ice packs are included when necessary to prevent melting in warmer temperatures.

Shipping rates are based on weight.

We do not ship internationally or to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Canada due to potential melting during border/customs delays. We apologize for any inconvenience!
