Q: Do you guarantee Monday deliveries?
A: We do not ship on weekends and for this reason we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Most orders are shipped out on the next business day. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: We use Priority U.S. Mail for our standard shipping unless otherwise requested. Also, our chocolates and candies are packed appropriately in climate controlled packaging to ensure they will arrive in perfect condition.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this present time we do not ship internationally.

Q: Since your chocolates have no additives or preservatives, what is the shelf life of your product?
A: The shelf life for our chocolates is 3-4 weeks. They must be stored in an area with a temperature of 68 degrees and a humidity of 55 percent. The area stored must not have scent or odor to ensure the best possible quality.
