Packages are shipped Priority Mail and per the USPS are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days from date of shipment. Allow 1 to 3 Business Day for processing of orders Depending on the outside temperatures we include an ice pack to avoid melting.
Our shipping rates are set up for up to 5 lbs. of product. If bulk orders are placed they may be subject to an increase in shipping charges. This is determined by the mail department and they will contact the sender regarding the increase in rate. For large order inquires please contact us by phone. (386) 252-6531

Shipping Policy
At Angell and Phelps, we take pride in our product and our customer service! We pledge that all orders will be processed in the factory and will ship within 1 to 3 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail to avoid long delays in the mail which prevents melting.
Angell & Phelps ships merchandise only to locations within the United States. We do not ship to international locations including Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and Canada. Sorry for the inconvenience but delays at borders and ports will cause melting.
HOLIDAYS
Holidays are a busy time of the year for us! Please be aware that processing your order might take additional time. When placing an order for a holiday please follow the guidelines below to ensure prompt delivery before the Holidays:
New Year's Day (For delivery on or before December 31st):
USPS Priority Mail: Order by midnight of December 25th.
Valentine's Day: (For delivery on or before February 14th):
USPS Priority Mail: Order by midnight of February 7th.
Thanksgiving: (For delivery on or before November 21st):
USPS Priority Mail: Order by midnight of November 14th.
Hanukkah: (For delivery on or before December 1st):
USPS Priority Mail: Order by midnight of November 25th.
Christmas: (For delivery on or before December 25th)
USPS Priority Mail: Order by midnight of December 12th.
Return Policy
Our return policy is very simple. When you order from Angell & Phelps, you can be sure that your chocolates will arrive in good condition. Seasonal climate changes require extra care so we carefully package our chocolates with ice packs when the average temperature is above 85 Degrees. If your order does not meet your satisfaction, please notify us for a prompt and courteous resolution.

Política de envío
¡En Angell y Phelps, nos enorgullecemos de nuestro producto y nuestro servicio al cliente! Nos comprometemos a que todos los pedidos serán procesados en la fábrica y se enviarán dentro de 1 a 3 días hábiles. Todos los pedidos se envían a través de correo prioritario USPS para evitar largos retrasos en el correo que evita la fusión.
Angell & Phelps envía mercancía solo a ubicaciones dentro de los Estados Unidos. No enviamos a lugares internacionales como Puerto Rico, Guam, Islas Vírgenes Estadounidenses y Canadá. Lo sentimos por las molestias, pero los retrasos en las fronteras y los puertos causarán derretimiento.
Vacaciones
¡Las vacaciones son una época ocupada del año para nosotros! Tenga en cuenta que el procesamiento de su pedido puede tardar más tiempo. Al realizar un pedido de vacaciones, siga las siguientes pautas para garantizar la entrega rápida antes de las vacaciones:

Nuestra política de devoluciones es muy simple. Cuando usted pide de Angell & Phelps, usted puede estar seguro de que sus chocolates llegarán en buenas condiciones.
