Rich homemade pecan brittle like you’ve never had before... We start by using only the best ingredients for our time-tested recipe brittle batter. Once cooked to the right temperature we add only the freshest pecans. Then the batter is poured onto a huge marble table to dry. Once dry it is cracked into bite-size pieces and packaged in our clear tubes.

- No additives or preservatives are used in the creation of our gourmet chocolates.
