We don’t use machines that inject fillings into a chocolate shell like most candy companies. We make our cream filled chocolates the old-fashioned way by using time-tested recipes of Ms. Cora Angell and Ms. Riddell Phelps created over 80 years ago. We are proud in continuing to deliver the unique flavor of the original recipe.

Each batch starts by mixing the finest ingredients into a big copper pot stirring them together with a large wooden spoon. Once the ingredients are cooked to just the right temperature, the rich batch is poured onto a huge marble table for even cooling. After cooling the cream is put through a press and then lavishly coated in luxurious chocolate.

You can really taste the decadence when you bite into one, the texture is smooth and silky with each one bursting with its own flavor.

Choose between ALL milk chocolate, ALL dark chocolate, OR milk & dark assorted.

- No additives or preservatives are used in the creation of our gourmet chocolates.
