In carrying on the tradition of the original recipes that Ms. Cora Angell and Ms. Riddell Phelps created over 80 years ago, we continue to make our Creme Filled Chocolates the old-fashioned way.  We don’t use machines that inject fillings into a chocolate shell like most candy companies. All our Creme Filled Chocolates are hand-made and each bite of silky goodness is sure to make your taste buds wake up and notice.
